Mybitofthepitch owner packs are a novelty gift item; the bit of the pitch is virtual only and may be viewed at www.mybitofthepitch.com;  no ownership of, nor legal title, is inferred or implied of any actual sports pitch, ground or club. No official connection with football clubs exists. By purchasing an owner’s pack, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Delivery (UK)

Standard delivery is 14-28 days (within the UK). UK delivery cost is FREE.

Owner packs with standard delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail post.

Delivery (International)

Additional Charges for International (outside of UK) delivery are as follows:

Owner Pack (Europe): £2.00

Owner Pack (Outside Europe): £5.00

Customers are responsible for any import taxes incurred.

Language and Currency

All products on this site are available in English Language only and all prices are in pounds sterling (credit card sales will be charged in your local currency by your credit card provider).

Damage, Delay and Loss in Transit

All goods are delivered in protective packaging. In the highly unlikely event that your goods are damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for items mislaid, damaged or lost when sent via the postal system, although should this occur, we will attempt to re-send your owner’s pack as soon as possible.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal. We must be notified by PayPal that we have received funds before we process your order. You may pay via PayPal using a PayPal account or a standard credit card.

Refunds and Returns

If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your gift set, you may return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, and at your own expense, for a refund within 30 days of the owner pack dispatch date. We will deduct a £5.00 administration fee to cover the cost of personalizing items. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Owner Pack Content

All photographs and descriptions are representative of the contents of the owner sets. We reserve the right to alter the content when necessary due to unavailability of an item. It will, however, be replaced with an equivalent item of equal value.
